A Recent Build…
One of our recent projects included a new home build in Hamilton, Waikato.
We oversaw all aspects of the build, from the ground up. The site required engineered foundations, which included a combination of piles, blockwork and reinforced concrete slab. The building was clad in a mixture of James Hardie Axon Panels and Linea Weatherboards, and roofed in New Zealand’s durable Coloursteel roofing. Although Covid threw us some curve-balls along the way, we completed a beautiful home with high quality finishes inside and out.
From earthworks, foundations, framing, roofing, cladding, gib, floor coverings and internal finishes, to landscaping and outdoor areas – We can do it all.

The cost of a new home varies drastically depending on a number of factors. The average home as at 2024 is said to cost anywhere from $3000 – $6000 m2. This doesn’t include the cost of purchasing the section or any specialized foundations or landscaping requirements. We work closely with you to find a suitable build within your budget.
Yes. Cameron, our owner and lead builder, is a qualified LBP. We assist with council consents, inspections and sign-offs.
Yes! Depending on a number of factors, some sleep-outs may or may not require a building consent with your local council. We work closely with you to determine whether your project would be exempt or not, and help arrange any consents that may be required.
